Personal information is recorded only if you place an order or information request. When you place a credit card order  we offer the use of a secure server, that encrypts your information and ensures your privacy.

We accept Visa, Master Charge, Discover and American Express credit cards. Payment in US funds only.

 

Shipping Information:
All Worldview pictures orders are shipped by UPS or truck line for your convenience.                                                                                          Note: Please supply a street address for your deliveries-No P.O. Boxes

 

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:
Worldview Pictures wants you to be satisfied with your Standard Size - Ready to Purchase items you received from us.. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days. We will either replace the product, give you credit, or refund your money. If we made an error in manufacturing your order (standard or custom) we will replace it free of charge or refund your money. If we have not made an error, there will be a 15% restocking charge for standard products and you will be responsible for shipping charges for returning the item in original condition. We are not able to allow returns of custom made products where we have not made an error.

 

Return Procedure:
Call Customer Service if you are returning an item for any reason including: refunds, repair. exchange, credit, etc. You will be issued a return authorization number that must appear on your return carton.
Please have your invoice handy when contacting us.
All returns must be shipped pre-paid.
Items being returned for a refund must be packed in the original box.
Include a copy of your invoice.
Clearly state the reason for your return in writing.

Sales Tax on Internet Orders for CA Residents or shipments within CA:
We are required by law to collect 7 1/4% sales tax on all orders being shipped within California.

Tax Exempt Customers:
We are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders being shipped within California. If you are tax exempt we require a Tax Exempt Certificate showing that you are not required to pay tax on items purchased. You can fax a copy of the Tax Exempt certificate to 805-389-6582.
